The Larus Restaurant is the most vivid gastronomy center of the Buda hillside, in a busy area yet in the proximity of nature, in a tranquil location, next to the MOM Cultural Center. It offers a comfortable terrace during the summer time and a spacious indoor space during the winter, with an uninterrupted outlook to the Gesztenyés kert park and recreational area.
On the menu of the Larus Restaurant and Chef Péter Várvizi, the tastes are understandable for everyone; there are well-know dishes and specialties to be explored, following the course of seasonal ingredients. Based on the principles of French and Hungarian cuisine, we follow and mediate the novelties and most important gastronomic trends, in the interpretation of the Larus team.
Through regular, informal events presenting the cuisine of various nations, we mediate our accumulated and continuously acquired gastronomic knowledge to everyone who is open.
