Ingredients for 4-5 servings:
Cook the tagliatelle al dente. Cut the garlic in thin slices, heat them in olive oil until they get light brown. Pull aside from heat, add the tagliatelle and stir. Before serving add the cut parsley and grated truffles. Decorate with truffle slices!
