Siniya is a sinfully ritch meaty dish traditional in the Middle East – now prepared as a patty using all the colourful spices of the Arabian Nights, roasted root veggies. Imagine juicy aubergine bacon, fermented cucumber circles, and fresh sweet onion slices corwned with amba, Yaman’s favourite mango sauce. It’s only missing a dash of fresh parsley and cillantro... oh no wait, it doesn’t! ;) All this closed in a vegan bun – or up on request with no buns at all.
How many of you have experienced the delicious food here in Hungary? Some people think that a fancy restaurant is the way to go, but locals love the little shops and vendors that sell food they have been making for ages.
Budapest Bridge is excited to take you on a street food tour. Come prepared to eat delicious food and enjoy great company.
We promise to have a CRAZY season opening for Babka terrace, with kettling and cooking. We dust our HIBACHI, set our coal on flame, bring our most serious meats, cool our drinks, pop some SPARKLING WINES, and kick our tunes as it has to be. On that weekend skip cutting grass, or cleaning your boat at Balaton in silver... Get prepared for the date, and you better reserve NOW!
Our guest is Santiago Lastra from Mexico, who will give a four hands dinner in St. Andrea Restaurant, along with Chef Ádám Barna. This pop-up dinner may be the last stop of the nomad Chef’s wondering life, as he will soon open Kol, his solo restaurant in the downtown of London.
We continue the tradition and we will be organizing Vegan Sunday Market, the only communal vegan market in Hungary. Along with the market, we are preparing with cooking workshops, round table discussions and creating community spaces that go beyond a simple sunday shopping. We are waiting for you, your friends and all those who are interested not just on kitchenwares, fine meals, drinks, CF products and other handmade products, but the fellow programmes and communal experiences.
